Let me say, I am honored to have been nominated and elected to serve our chapter again. Given my current situation, I am surprised almost. I want to let you know that I will do the best I can as my job will make me absent for a considerable number of meetings and performances. My ability to attend monthly meetings will continue to be on a month to month basis for 4-6 months. As time goes along I anticipate being better able to predict my schedule. In spite of my absence I will do the best I can to serve the chapter wholeheartedly. I do not want to create a "weak link" in the chain of great leadership that we do I have. Our leadership is GREAT, not because of any ONE individual, but because we manage to function together as a well oiled machine. I do not want to jeopardize that effectiveness due to excess absence. I also realize that one of the greatest services that officers can provide is regular and consistent attendance to all meetings. My job will NOT allow this. I do not want my regular absence to send the wrong message to members either. I stand ready to serve. I just want to go into this with everyone's eyes wide open. Thanks Rodney Stanfield |

Leo Dreiling invited his neighbor Mark Robb to a chapter meeting and Mark enjoyed it so much he joined. Mark has a great bass voice and loves to golf and riding motorcycles. Mark is married to Judi and they have one daughter, Kelly, who teaches school in St. Joseph. Judi designs quilts with a friend named Graves. You guessed it the name is Robb N Graves. Mark is the manager of Manhattan Wholesale Meats and Food. If you have eaten in a restaurant in Manhattan you eaten some of his products. |

The cost of attending this important training opportunity is a Chapter Board approved expense. Please let Terry Nanninga or Bob Swenson know if you are available and willing to dedicate a weekend to learning more about your elected position. |
