With the chords from Juke Box Saturday Night still ringing in their ears, a dozen guests showed up at the April 24 Guest Night to experience, first-hand, the joys of barbershop singing.  Why did they come?  Some came because they had received an invitation card at the Spring show, others came at the urging of current members, and still others came to give barbershopping another try.  It doesn't matter why they chose to attend, all of them were "As welcome as the flowers in May."

During the evening, the guests were given the opportunity to join in the singing of a few familiar songs plus some songs that were new to everyone.  The SPEBSQSA videotape, "Singing is Life", gave the guests an overview of the Society's goals and objectives; a group of colorful charts and posters told the Little Apple Chorus's story.
