By providing opportunities for others to participate in Barbershop singing and in all other vocal music activities.
MISSION STATEMENT:The mission of the Manhattan, Kansas, Chapter of SPEBSQSA is to proclaim, perpetuate, and enjoy the vocal-music art form known as "barbershop."
