Call to Order:  President Rodney Stanfield called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM with the singing of "The Old Songs" and "Down Our Way".

President's Message:  President Rodney Stanfield indicated that he had few responses from his poster giving every man in the chapter a job.  There was discussion as to how best to get more of our chapter members involved in its daily operations:

Secretary:   The minutes of the May 12, 2003, regular meeting were presented by Secretary Bob Swenson.  It was moved by Harvey Kiser and seconded by Bill Bunyan that we approve the minutes as presented.  Motion passed.

Treasurer: Treasurer Bill Bunyan presented a financial report for May showing that the chapter has $16,197.86 in operating funds available at the end of May.  Bill's analysis of the last three shows indicates that our show in 2003 produced $2,000 more in revenue than in 2002, had $6,000 more in expenses resulting in a approximate profit of $8,000 for 2003, versus a $12,000 profit in 2002.  It was moved by Ken Garwick and seconded by Richard Van Nevel that we accept the treasurer's report.  Motion passed.

VP of Music and Performance:  Dates of June 22, June 29 and July 13 appear to be holding firm for our church performances.  Mike Sexton was not present due to family obligations but President Rodney Stanfield indicated that plans are well underway for these dates.
