Chapter Web Site Brings Guests |

Both guests who attended the Chapter meetings on January 8 and 15 claimed they first learned about the Little Apple Chorus by reading about it on the Chapter web site at www.littleapplechorus.org What wonderful news for the web master! Although both guests were new to the Little Apple Chorus, neither of them is new to barbershop harmony. Richard Jackson, a sergeant in the US Army stationed at Fort Riley, sang with the Sun Harbor Chorus in San Diego, California during the 80's. David Thomas, a customer service technician at Sykes, Inc. and computer technician at KHCA (Angel 95) radio station, sang with the Alamagorda New Mexico Chapter during high school. Both Richard and David are married with children and are excited to be, once again, experiencing the thrill of barbershop harmony. Richard is happy to be back at Fort Riley after serving the 10 past months in Iraq driving one of the Army's largest heavy equipment transporters. Richard and David: We are glad that you visited with us and hope you decide to become members soon. |
