use riser chairs, they should be ordered and made ready for chorus rehearsals prior to our shows in March and April.

Show Chairman:  Bill Bunyan reported that he had received a contract for the use of the McCain Auditorium for our show. The board agreed that this contract should be given to show Chairman Preston Chapel.

VP of Public Relations: Although Harvey Kiser was unable to be present; he submitted a written report indicating that he continues to admit articles to the local papers regarding our activities. He has been pretty successful in getting his articles published. 

Bart Bartholomew, newsletter editor and webmaster, discussed the need for newsletter articles and suggested that each officer should prepare a wrap-up article of their 2003 activities and accomplishments.

Old Business:  Although there was no motion, Ken Brooks reported that the director's compensation committee is studying the subject and will bring recommendations later.  There was also a comment that the chapter needs to recruit a property manager and a chapter meeting house manager.


New Business:  No motions were presented

Adjournment:  President Rodney Stanfield closed the meeting at 8:07 p.m. with the singing of "Irish Blessing."
