sented their songs in fine style and threw in a few quartets along the way.  Our chorus took the stage and sang an old standby, 'O Come All Ye Faithful,” and then a great arrangement brought to us by Jim Bagby, 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.'“  We finished our portion with a snappy arrangement of 'Parade of the Wooden Soldiers.”.

Then the fun began anew. Roughly eighty singers combined to sing four songs in eight part harmony that brought down the house.  Even though a few guys had too much fun interacting with the gals on one of the songs, the performance was great.

Thanks to all you singers that went the extra mile to get the songs learned and ready for the performance.  Of course I had fun singing again with my daughter.  That's a side benefit which is priceless.♪

Travis and Bridget Troyer, husband and wife, were able to sing together

in the concert.

Pat Caffey reports Bart Bartholomew is our webmaster and he also puts together the pictures and slides shows for our annual shows.  He does that with very little help form other members.  In other words, it is a thankless job.  He does it well.  He also has helped Pat with the show sets and props.

He is a retired army officer and worked as a math teacher for years after his retirement from the army.

It should be mentioned  that we had 30 members who got votes for BOTY and there was another person, ( Karen Nanninga), whose name was written in, making it 31 who got votes.  Considering that the past 5 BOTY recipients were not eligible, that is a large portion of the eligible members, who got votes.
