Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America

  • The Society was organized in 1938.
     

  • Approximately 34,000 members (largest all-male singing organization) in the USA and Canada

    •  BinG! - Barbershop IN Germany

    •  BABS  - British Association of Barbershop Singers

    •  DABS  - Dutch Association of Barbershop Singers

    •  IABS  - Irish Association of Barbershop Singers

    •  NZABS - New Zealand Association of Barbershop Singers

    •  SNOBS - Society of NOrdic Barbershop Singers

  •  There are TWO "barbershop-style" groups for women:
